This limited warranty does not cover loss, theft, damages caused by accident, misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear. This warranty is PowerPeak's only warranty. There are no other express or implied warranties for these products, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose; and purchaser\u2019s remedy is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. This warranty is only valid in the United States and the product must have been purchased through an authorized dealer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PowerPeak will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of any PowerPeak products.
