Registering Your Product

Follow these simple steps to register your products and order replacements with ease:

1. 1. If you haven't already done so, create an account by clicking on the provided link.
   2. Log in with your credentials and add a shipping and billing address.
   3. Register your product by selecting "Register Product" on the left-hand side of the page, and then provide all the information requested.
   4. You will receive two emails confirming your product registration. The first email confirms successful submission, and the second email confirms if your registration has been approved.
   5. If you need to replace your product, simply log back into your account and select "Warranty" on the left-hand side of the page. Click on the "Apply for Warranty" link and choose your product.
   6. Fill out the warranty form to submit replacement request. You are only responsible for paying the shipping and handling fees. Please allow us 1-5 business days to process your warranty claim.

For limited lifetime warranty, customers are required to register their product within 30 days of purchase by filling out the product registration form or at clicking here or visit https://www.powerpeak.com/product-registration/

• • • Products registered within 30 days of purchase are eligible for lifetime warranty.
    • Products registered after 30 days and within 1 year of purchase qualify for a 1-year warranty.

When requesting a warranty replacement, proof of purchase is required. Without proof of purchase, we are unable to process the warranty request. In some cases, the product being warranted needs to be returned prior to receiving a replacement product.

The Powerpeak Limited Warranty ensures to the end user of this product that it is devoid of defects in material and workmanship. If used in line with accompanying labels or instructions, it will perform as specified for one year from the date of purchase. However, this limited warranty does not encompass loss, theft, damages due to accident, misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear. Powerpeak's warranty is the sole warranty, with no other express or implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose; and the purchaser's recourse is restricted to the repair or replacement of the product. Valid only in the United States, the product must have been acquired through an authorized dealer. 

Powerpeak is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of any Powerpeak products. This Limited Warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the repair or replacement of property, including, but not limited to, electronic devices and/or other personal property.

Powerpeak Limited Lifetime Warranty (Domestic): Limited Lifetime Warranty

Applies to All Non-Battery, and Non-Wireless products, including but not limited to:

Wall chargers
Cables
Standard car mounts

The Powerpeak Limited Lifetime Warranty assures the end user of this product that it is devoid of defects in material and workmanship. If utilized in accordance with any accompanying labels or instructions, it will perform as specified. However, this Limited Lifetime Warranty does not extend to loss, theft, damages resulting from accident, misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear. This warranty constitutes our sole commitment. There are no other express or implied warranties for these products, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose; and the purchaser's recourse is confined to the repair or replacement of the product. This warranty is only valid in the United States, and the product must have been procured through an authorized dealer. 

Powerpeak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of any Powerpeak products. The Powerpeak Limited Warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the repair or replacement of property, including but not limited to, electronic devices and/or other personal property.

Base Limited Lifetime Warranty

Applies to all Base products that have been registered on the website. The Base Limited Lifetime Warranty guarantees to the end-user of this product that it is free from defects in material and workmanship – and that if used in accordance with any accompanying labels or instructions, it will perform as specified. This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover loss, theft, damages caused by accident, misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear. The lifetime warranty only covers one replacement per product purchased. This warranty is Base's only warranty. There are no other express or implied warranties for these products, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose; and the purchaser’s remedy is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. This warranty is only valid in the United States and the product must have been purchased through powerpeak.com or an authorized dealer.

PowerPeak and its associated brands, at its discretion and to the extent permitted by the warranty policy will:

1. 1. repair your product at no charge using new parts or parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability,
   2. exchange your product with a functionally equivalent product that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability, or
   3. replace the Product with a Product that is the same or of a similar style to the Product that the customer returned to PowerPeak under this Warranty or a substitute equivalent to the customer’s original purchased product that may not be of like kind (depending on availability). However:

• Replacement with the same color cannot be guaranteed.
• Replacement or repaired Products are warranted as above only for the remainder of the original applicable Warranty Period.
  
  

Urban Sound Gear Warranty

The Urban Sound Gear (USG) Limited Warranty guarantees to the end-user of this product that it is free from defects in material and workmanship for the duration of one year from the date of purchase, subject to proper usage as indicated by accompanying labels or instructions. However, this warranty does not cover loss, theft, accidental damage, misuse, modifications, or normal wear and tear. USG's warranty offers one replacement per purchased product. This warranty is our exclusive commitment to the purchaser, with no other express or implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Valid only in the United States, products must be purchased through powerpeak.com or an authorized dealer.
